Workout Routine

This workout routine is designed for people who want to integrate all their favorite weekly workouts to eliminate or reduce cellulite and gain muscle.
This routine includes paddleboarding, surfing, swimming, running, and biking to reduce cellulite and gain muscle. Here is how:
1. Integrate Resistance
  • Cardio Burns, Weights Build: Paddleboarding, surfing, swimming, running, and biking are activities that build endurance rather than triggering significant muscle hypertrophy (growth).
  • Skin Tightening: To reduce the appearance of cellulite, you need to build the muscle size beneath the skin to smooth it out.
  • Paddleboarding Benefit: This is your best current activity for core and leg stability, but it still lacks the progressive overload required for deep muscle growth.
Maximize results by taking CoQ10 and L-carnitine 30 minutes to an hour before exercising. To maximize your CoQ10 and L-carnitine intake and achieve your body goals, add dedicated resistance training 2 to 3 times per week:
  • Lower Body Focus: Add weighted squats, lunges, and Romanian deadlifts to target the thighs and glutes where cellulite is most common.
  • Progressive Overload: Gradually increase the weight or repetitions over time to force the muscles to grow and tighten the skin.
  • Timing with Cardio: On days you run or bike, take your CoQ10 and L-carnitine 30–60 minutes before to help utilize fat for fuel during those long endurance sessions.
This program is tailored for people who prefer free weights and bodyweight exercises, and who have more than just a few days a week to dedicate to strength training.
